The truth – warts and all

Fair warning: What I’m about to write will make you very uncomfortable if it applies to you.

So if you’re of a fragile disposition, I suggest you give this email a miss.

Actually, you’re probably better off unsubscribing altogether, because while what I’m about to say can be fairly described as “harsh”, you cannot call it “untrue”.

And if you can’t handle the truth, there’s little point in you reading any more of my material and no point whatsoever in you becoming a client. (Not that you’d ever become a client due to your aforementioned aversion to the truth).

Still with me?

Then let us begin:

You’ll never get into shape unless you first accept the *real* reason you struggle to run a mile without feeling like you’re about to shuffle off this mortal coil or aren’t a fan of the body you see in the mirror.

It’s not that you’re “busy”.

It’s not that you’re “stressed”.

And it’s certainly not the fault of Daddy Government, Big Pharma, braindead social media iNfLuEnCeRs, your friends, wife, girlfriend, kids or associates.

You’re struggling because you’ve hitherto been too bone idle to do the things you already know you need to do.

That’s it.

That’s the root of your problem.

Now whether you decide to do something meaningful about it or wail and gnash your teeth at an uncaring universe is entirely your decision.

But you cannot escape the consequences of your choice – for good or ill.

If you’re wondering why I’m being so blunt, it’s because I actually care about your success enough not to sugarcoat things.

Not a fan of my style?

Fine.

There are plenty of other fitness coaches and personal trainers out there who are perfectly happy to obfuscate the gravity of your situation (read: lie) for fear of losing the sale.

I suggest you go look them up. They probably won’t help you get reliable, predictable, sustainable results, though because they’re too chicken to call you to be better.

But if you want the truth, warts and all, I heartily recommend you subscribe to The Phil Tyreman Letter.

February’s issue is devoted to revealing a suite of tactics you can use to build the powerful back all men need yet few possess.

Some of what I’m going to share is designed to fit alongside most sensible training programmes, so, if you feel it’s appropriate, you can start implementing it and reaping the rewards right away. (And if you’re not sure, you can just email me and I’ll either give you the green light or suggest an alternative).

Thank you,

P.S. If you’re curious about working with me 1-1, I am accepting applications, but your application won’t pass the paper sift unless you’re subscribed to The Phil Tyreman Letter.

Believe it or not, this actually protects me and you because you have to be fully bought into my way of doing things if you’re going to get results commensurate with your investment in private coaching.

So, if you want a shot at working with me privately, go subscribe at the above link.
