Privacy Policy

A personal message from Phil Tyreman, Director of C M Tyreman Ltd

Privacy is serious business.

So, instead of burying the information about how to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us three-quarters of the way down the page, here are three quick and easy ways to do it:

  1. If you’ve “opted in” to receive email marketing from us (i.e. joined our email list), you can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the footer of every email
  2. If you have received an email from us under the legal basis of “legitimate interests” and in accordance with the relevant legislation, simply reply with the word NO
  3. If you have received a letter in the post and don’t want further communications of this type in the future, email phil@philtyreman.co.uk, and we’ll immediately add you to our suppression list

It’s important to me that I make opting out easy. Not only to comply with the relevant legislation, but also to save my business money (as there’s no point whatsoever in sending marketing materials to those who do not want to receive them).

Furthermore, if you want us to delete the information we hold about you, just email me – my address is below – and I’ll take care of it right away.

If you have any questions, please email me personally. My address is phil@philtyreman.co.uk

You’ll find the rest of our Privacy Policy below.

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman

Director, C M Tyreman Ltd.
