It’s been said that my harsh and uncompromising message is an ineffective way to get people to take action to improve their fitness.
This is true, in most cases.
You see, the vast majority of men lack the mental and moral fortitude to do what needs to be done to build a powerful physique, enjoy a healthier, happier life, and, ultimately, become the man their family deserves.
As evidenced by how upset they get when a stranger writes words on the internet that challenge their worldview.
So why, pray tell, would I bother pandering to these deranged soyboys?
They’re unlikely to ever become clients (nor do I want them on my books). And, even if one somehow manages to slip through my defences they’re not going to do anything with what I teach them anyway.
In my opinion, it’s much better to devote my time and energy to the rare few who aren’t afraid of a few home truths.
Those resilient men who are brave enough to admit they have a “fitness problem” and do something about it.
One such fitness problem involves cardio – namely, a lack thereof.
I know this is something many men who otherwise take their fitness seriously struggle with a great deal.
Yes, they might be lifting weights on the regular. Many have achieved a respectable level of strength.
But, deep down, they recognise that their heart and lungs are made of glass, and they’re concerned about the long-term impacts on their health, as well as just plain frustrated because, try as they might, they can’t get and stay lean.
If that’s you, then you will benefit greatly from consuming and acting upon the information in March’s issue of The Phil Tyreman Letter.
It contains a suite of strategies and tactics you can use to quickly get your house in order insofar as your cardiovascular fitness is concerned.
And, when you do, you’ll never look back – given the profoundly positive impact it will have on your physique, energy levels, sleep quality, and, potentially, your relationship with your wife and/or girlfriend.
The deadline to subscribe in time to get this treasure trove is tonight (29th) at midnight, so if you’d like to get in before time runs out, visit the below link immediately:

P.S. Here’s a bulleted summary of what you’ll get in March’s issue:
* The three reasons why most men who lift weights do little or no cardio. If you find yourself starting a cardio routine and then stopping again I can almost guarantee at least one of these reasons applies to you, and unless you understand *why* you’re struggling you’ll forever remain trapped in this most pernicious of cycles.
* Why cardio is the ultimate “ego check” for men who are respectably (or even just fairly) strong.
* The two forms of cardio and how their symbiotic relationship means that if you do one without the other, you’ll never get results worthy of all your hard work.
* How to get into shape very quickly – in under two hours per week. (I seldom make bold claims like this, but on this occasion, I’ve no qualms in doing so because it’s simply the truth – subject to the obvious caveat of you Doing The Work™).
* A step-by-step guide to building your own cardio routine from scratch. My process requires effort and a healthy dose of critical thinking, but learning how to create your own programme is infinitely better than being spoon-fed cookie-cutter nonsense.
* How often you should do a certain type of cardio depending on your specific training goals.
* What I believe to be the best cardio duration for fat loss. (Some vehemently disagree with me on this while others think I’m a genius. All I know is what I suggest works very well, in my experience).
* A big (but by no means exhaustive) list of different types of cardio activities to get your cogs whirring.
* Two (almost) “plug and play” cardio programmes to propel you towards a fitter, healthier, and better body. I know I implied the best programme is the one you write yourself, but it would be remiss of me to not at least give you a framework for inspiration – so I’m giving you two.
* Perhaps the most brutal parting words I have ever committed to paper and ink. They’re certainly not for the faint of heart, but every word is true and written with your long-term success in mind.
Subscribers will also enjoy a bonus this month in the form of my prestigious “Running Starter Kit”.
This concise and straightforward guide will take you from not running at all to confidently running respectable distances multiple times per week.
