This is why you’re fat even if you train hard

Picture the scene…

You make the bold decision to lose fat.

Perhaps you took action because you’re fed up of taking your shirt off and being ashamed of what you see in the mirror. Maybe you’re deathly afraid of the long term implications of being overweight, and what that could mean for your family.

Whatever the reason, you pick a programme, give it your all, and nary a few months later you achieve results beyond your wildest expectations.

And then…

… Life happens.

Work gets busy, there’s a family crisis, you take a holiday… any one of these or the dozens of similar scenarios I didn’t mention throw a spanner in the works.

You miss training sessions.

Extra snacks start worming their way into your diet.

You start going to bed later and later.

Soon, those results you worked so hard for are gone, and you’re right back where you started.

Why did this happen?

Well, I’ll tell you why it didn’t happen first. None of this is your fault per se. You’re not backsliding because you’re lazy or undisciplined.

The truth is, it’s an inevitable consequence of the way most training plans are structured.

See, they rely on restrictive, complex methodologies that technically “work” in the short-term, but because they’re so restrictive… so complex… it’s impossible to stick to what they prescribe indefinitely. And the moment you stop, you lose your results.

The other problem is that there’s never enough ongoing support or accountability to help you apply what you’ve learned to your specific circumstances so you can navigate the twists and turns of a busy family and professional life and keep all of your progress.

Work with me, and you’ll never have this problem again.

When I designed the The OX Protocol, I essentially looked at what everyone else was doing and decided to do the opposite.

So, instead of giving you a “transformation” programme that’ll get you quick results that you can’t maintain, I’ll fundamentally replace the way you train and eat so you have a system that enables you to meet and exceed your goals reliably, predictably, and repeatedly.

Oh, and I back my claims with an any reason (or no reason) money back plus free loaf of bread guarantee. So if I don’t meet your expectations, you need only say the word and I’ll refund every penny you pay me PLUS I’ll get Jess to make and send you a loaf of bread by way of apology.

Can’t say fairer than that, can I?

No Phil, you cannot is the only sane answer to that rhetorical question.

However, my coaching programme is eye-wateringly expensive and most lack the means or the will to pay for it.

That’s why I also offer The Phil Tyreman Letter. It’s a printed monthly newsletter (there is NO electronic version) and subscribers get virtually unlimited email support for questions, advice, etc.

It’s still expensive, but not prohibitively so, and you still get private access to me albeit via email rather than face to face.

There is a guarantee, albeit not as impressive. (30 days to decide if you want it, and if not you get a full refund — no bread).

So if you feel you need a mega guarantee you either need to pony up for The OX Protocol or bother someone else.
