Hark unto two unfortunate truths:
1) You’re probably a lot further away from being as strong and in shape as you would like to be, and,
2) The process of bridging the gap is long and difficult… and… there is no legitimate way to shorten it or make it easier.
Now I could lie to you and pretend I have some top-secret Super Special Sauce™ that’ll rocket you to a great body in 12 weeks or less.
But I can’t.
Alas, I simply don’t have it in me to do anything other than tell you the full, unblemished truth about the realities of getting strong and in shape in an increasingly toxic world – even when doing so is to my commercial disadvantage.
A good example of that is my stubborn refusal to post “before and after” photographs of my clients. Reason being, the results someone else gets are no guarantee that you will enjoy the same, even if you follow the exact same training protocol. Hence, they set unrealistic expectations about what YOU can achieve in any given timeframe, which is a recipe for frustration and disappointment if ever there was.
And in any case, I don’t need to post photos of my clients that wouldn’t look out of place on OnlyFriends to prove my methods work.
That’s because if you have more than a lukewarm IQ and you are at least familiar with basic training concepts (i.e. you are in the audience I cater to), you already know they work.
How so?
Easy. Nothing I teach deviates from those basics that have been shown to work since Milo of Croton started picking up his pet cow in ancient Greece.
Anyway.
If you’re struggling on the training front and want dogmatic advice on how to do it right along with bountiful personal support to make sure you’re doing the needful, I recommend becoming a Phil Tyreman Letter subscriber.
The only provisos are you have to be OK with getting strong and in shape slowly and you must have £120/month to invest into your health and fitness on an ongoing basis (you’re not tied in and you can cancel anytime, but you can’t come back if you do).
