Does not exist.
Although I came darn near close to creating it a couple of years back.
By following this neat little routine, I not only enjoyed gains in strength and muscularity, but also leaned out considerably.
Yes, I know it’s practically impossible to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously without abusing drugs or developing an eating disorder, neither of which I did.
However, you absolutely CAN make it appear as such through clever use of certain exercises alongside a hearty amount of a very specific type of conditioning work to preserve as much muscle as possible while the fat comes off.
“But Philllllll… if this routine is so great, why are you not still doing it??1!?2”
Cometh the inevitable objection from the sorts who would probably look a lot better, be a lot stronger, and feel much less bitter if only they could bring themselves to put as much effort into their training as they do arguing about training on the internet.
But I digress.
Anyway, here is my answer:
I tired of it eventually because no programme is perfect.
But I have no doubt in my mind that I will return to it one day, most likely in a year or so when I feel the pull to return to training at a proper gym instead of outside and in my mum’s garage (she has a lot of the kit from the PT gym I once owned).
Anyway, this “near perfect” training programme is analysed in meticulous detail inside August’s issue of The Phil Tyreman Letter, so you can adapt it to suit your own purposes or, potentially follow it “out of the box” if you wish.
Either way, as a subscriber you are entitled to whatever support you need from me to make that happen.
The deadline to subscribe in time to get it looms just over the horizon, so best hurry to the link below to learn more and get subbed before it arrives:
