Somebody’s triggered

“You’re obviously triggered by people who don’t want you in their DM’s. Seems like you’re the one with a fragile ego.”

Said a man in response to my LinkedIn post on how getting triggered by a simple DM about my services suggests a person is:

1. Aware of their fitness problem.

2. Too lazy to do anything meaningful about it.

3. Likely to benefit from a course of therapy with an appropriately qualified professional – given the size and fragility of their ego.

I’ve not DM’d him yet, and his hysterical little outburst suggests he’ll probably ignore me when I do.

We shall see.

Believe it or not, I actually feel sorry for people like this.

It must be terrible to go through life feeling utterly powerless to improve your lot to the point that when someone offers you a solution in a gentlemanly fashion you start crying tears of pure hatred into your soy latte.

Whatever.

That’s them.

You are you.

And if you’re both brave enough to admit you have a “fitness problem” and bold enough to do something about it, you would do well to subscribe to The Phil Tyreman Letter.

April’s issue features a system called “Operation: Beach Body” that you can use to build a physique that looks every bit as good as it performs in preparation for the summer.

It’s a 12-week programme revolving around the most efficient and effective lifts for building strength and power, supplemented by plenty of arm, trap, and ab work because nobody argues with a man who has a thick neck, huge arms, and a strong midsection.

A subscription works out at £3.29 per day, which just about anyone can afford if they want to.

That doesn’t mean you should subscribe.

And you certainly shouldn’t subscribe if you have taken, take, or are thinking about taking PEDs. (Because I’ll find out eventually and, when I do, I’ll just cancel your subscription).

The deadline to subscribe in time to receive April’s issue is midnight GMT on Friday the 29th.

Thank you,

P.S. Subscribers will also enjoy a bonus in April.

Specifically, a paper-and-ink copy of my report, “14 Lessons from 14 Years of Training”.

Concise to a fault, this little gem contains fourteen of my finest nuggets of wisdom you can apply to your own training to accelerate your results (and, most importantly, retain them for years to come).
