Great success

So, Mrs T. just gave me an update on her training.

In the last 9 weeks her…

  • Squat has increased by 15kg,
  • Bench press has increased by 7.5g,
  • Deadlift has increased by 10kg and,
  • Overhead press has increased by 5kg

Oh, and she’s lost 3.5kg – mostly body fat.

Impressive numbers. Even more impressive when you consider she gave birth to our youngest just 8 months ago.

How did she do it?

Simple. She followed the programme I wrote for her with diligence.

This involved training 3x/week in the gym for about 40 minutes, a few hard conditioning sessions per week in the street outside our house (these take less than 25 minutes), and a daily walk.

Diet-wise, she just ate sensibly. No counting calories. No weighing foods. No eliminating food groups. What’s more, she still drinks wine and eats chocolate like any well-adjusted human being.

That’s it. That’s all she did.

Why does this matter to you?

Well, if my wife can get results like these having not long given birth, methinks you can do even better.

But you have to take responsibility and Do The Work.
