My wife, Jess, is a traditional gal.
Her favourite pastimes are crochet and knitting. (She also enjoys baking me bread, cooking me dinner, and doing 99% of the childcare, which really upsets lonely spinsters and male feminists).
Anyway, one thing she will not knit or crochet under any circumstances is a patchwork blanket.
Why?
Well, apparently, she can’t think of anything worse than having to piece together a hundred different squares into a coherent whole.
Which is kinda like the way I structure my emails.
Yes, you’re getting a tonne of valuable information to help you exceed your fitness goals. If you were so inclined, you could go through everything I’ve written (most of my old emails are reproduced on my site as articles), and piece together maybe 80% of what you’d get if you paid me.
But, is it really worth the hassle when you could just pony up £3.29 a day to get it delivered to you in a neat little package once a month, and access to me via email whenever you want if you have questions or need specific advice?
Maybe, maybe not.
I suppose it all comes down to how much you value your time, and how serious you are about getting results.

Thank you,

P.S. I’m aware of the irony in writing an email about how I send you emails containing valuable fitness information that doesn’t explicitly contain valuable fitness information.
Blink and you missed it, buttercup, ‘cuz I pointed you in the direction of the expansive “Articles” section of my website where you’ll find it in spades.
