A tedious end

One bad habit many otherwise earnest and hardworking people fall into is following broadly the same workouts, using the same weights in the same way for many months or, in some cases, years at a time.

Why does this happen?

Depends on the person, their experience, desires, what they have going on in life, plus a whole bunch of other factors which combine to render any “one size fits all” answer null and void.

But what is pretty constant is the pernicious effect it has.

That effect is nothing dramatic. You’re unlikely to turn your joints to jam or throw your hands up in a fit of despair one day and quit, vowing never to return.

Which kinda makes it worse in a way.

How so?

You wind up going through the motions, progressively losing interest as you see fewer and fewer returns for your time and effort.

Resentment follows.

After all, why go through the rigmarole of hitting the gym two, three, four, or more times per week when you’ve nothing to show for it?

A feeling potentially shared by your spouse, if you have one. (Speaking from experience, they will be far more supportive of your training if they see you making forward progress at a reasonable pace.)

The only way this ends is in a slow fade where you start skipping more and more workouts until you stop training altogether, with all of the consequences that brings.

If what I have just written rings true, there are a few things you can do to get out of the rut.

One of those is to give yourself a kick up the proverbial by way of a short, focused effort towards setting new one-rep maxes in your major lifts.

And wouldn’t you know? I have just the system for that

What a timely coincidence.

The system is called “The Six Week Peak” and it is available for the Special Launch Price of £80 until tonight (8th) at 23:59.

After that, the price will go up.

So if you want to work with me on this, drop what you are doing immediately and make haste to the below-linked page:
