You’re shooting yourself in the foot

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Most guys train too hard, too often.

My proof?

Plenty. But today, let’s just use my experience as an example.

Right now, I look the best I have in years, and my training looks like this:

Monday: Weights at the gym (45 minutes)

Tuesday: 8 x 60m sprints in the park (20 minutes)

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Weight training at the gym (45 minutes)

Friday: Off

Saturday: 1.5 mile run (15 minutes)

Sunday: 1.5 mile run (15 minutes)

[All the above times are inclusive of a sensible warm up]

By my calculations that amounts to 140 minutes of training per week or a little over 2 hours. Moreover, I only go to the gym twice. All the other stuff gets done right by my house in the fresh air.

I defy anyone to tell me they “don’t have time” for something resembling the above. Two gym sessions. Three conditioning sessions done right by your house. (There are even conditioning options you can do IN your house if the weather sucks or there’s nowhere suitable to train within walking distance).

Results-wise, I’ve dropped over a stone and my waist has shrunk from 34” to 31”. I’m sleeping better. My joints no longer ache because they’re carrying extra weight. And Mrs T. is very pleased with my progress too, if you catch my drift.

I’m confident I can help you achieve the same.

But, my style of delivery is not for everyone. Actually, only a tiny percentage of people qualify. But for the right people, it’s exactly what they’ve been looking for.

You’ll see why when you read this:
