“Mate you need to get into kids book covers”
Said a good friend and customer of mine when I showed him the cover of the Kindle version of my pamphlet:
“The Running Starter Kit”.
I used to offer this on a print to order basis (literally printing copies on my office printer then mailing them out) but I can’t be bothered with that any more so have made it available inexpensively via Amazon.
This is a very short piece of work at around 3000 words (hence why I call it a pamphlet and not a book).
Moreover, the information inside is very basic – painfully so, actually.
Yet bountiful experience tells me it’s this that men (and some women) need to make effective yet sustainable cardiovascular exercise a fixed, firm part of their routine.
The book is £1.77 because that’s the lowest price I can charge to qualify for the 70% royalty option (my ego would not tolerate settling for a measly 35%).
