Supplements.
Those wonderful pills, powders, and potions that promise to burn fat, build muscle, and boost performance.
Yeah, whatever.
Look, you might not like what I’m about to tell you, but I’m gonna say it anyway ‘cuz it’s important.
For the average gym-going guy (which, in all likelihood, includes you), most supplements are a waste of money.
Take protein powders. They might help you gain muscle. However, one decent study I read recently found they are no more or less effective than real food so long as you’re eating enough generally.
Pre-workout? How about you just drink a cup of coffee – at least then you know exactly what you’re consuming.
And don’t get me started on those fat burner things. I know of no evidence whatsoever that fat-burning pills you can buy over the counter (i.e. without a medical prescription) burn meaningful amounts of fat. Insofar as I can tell, they’re just a bunch of herbs shoved in a capsule – modern-day “magic beans” and nothing more.
I get it… you work your backside off in the gym, and it’s frustrating to not get the results you deserve for your efforts.
However, supplements are not the winning edge you’re looking for.
Instead, it’s overwhelmingly more likely that something is awry with the way you’re training, eating, and living.
Fortunately, the solution is simple (albeit not easy), but once implemented you will…
- Spend less time in the gym but get better results.
- Know how to burn fat fast – so when you go to family functions like weddings and birthdays people you haven’t seen in a while will be blown away by how good you look.
- Feel energised and productive throughout the day so you can enjoy even greater success at work.
- Look in the mirror and feel proud of the man looking back at you because you know you’re doing everything in your power to be strong, fit, and healthy enough to support your family with anything they need.
- Never waste another penny on chemical-laden garbage “supplements”.
So when you’re ready to build a powerful physique, let’s talk.

P.S. All of my clients enjoy a 100% money back plus loaf of bread satisfaction guarantee.
This means if you’re not happy for any reason (or no reason at all), I’ll refund every penny you paid… and… my wife, Jess, will bake and send you a loaf of bread.
Can’t say fairer than that, can I?
No. I cannot.
