Why you still look pants despite training hard

The following is somewhat of a rant that, if applicable to you, could make you very cross.

You can stop reading at any time if that is the case.

We begin:

Visit your average gym, and you’ll find a bunch of men who (claim to) take their training very seriously.

However.

Probably 80% of them aren’t following a programme.

Instead, they’re fart-arsing about with a bunch of random (mostly useless) exercises maybe throwing in an “intensity technique” like a drop set here or there to make themselves feel like what they’re doing is productive.

Spoiler:

Nothing they are doing is productive.

That’s why they’ve still got the belly and bewbies they had months – often years – ago.

A belly and pair of bewbies that become ever more voluptuous with the passage of time, in many cases.

Truth is, they might as well be standing in the middle of the gym with their thumb up their backside, for all the good their “training” is doing. (I’m sure the few who gawp at e-harlots on TikTok and Instagram between sets would adopt the aforementioned posture if they could do so without being arrested).

And so we come to my latest thing:

I will teach you, in some considerable detail, how to write a robust and flexible programme for building muscle and strength so you will never again find yourself blowing around the gym like a leaf in a hurricane, working your backside off for little (or no) results.

It’s really something, although I am biased.

An informative and entertaining letter about this offer awaits at the link below:
