It has been suggested I don’t know what I’m talking about because there are no partially clothed pictures of me on the internet.
(Curiously, those raising this point are almost exclusively young men in the internet marketing space who, insofar as I can tell, are mostly interested in helping other young men “grow” – which I think is suspect, but then I am a bigot who is all sorts of -phobic, apparently).
So why don’t I have these photos when most of my competitors do?
Mainly because the men I work with are too busy to waste time gawping at suggestive photographs of other men.
Moreover, I don’t see how sharing these pictures is any different to what those e-harlots on OnlyFans are doing. And, as a father of two, I have to consider how my kids will be affected when their peers inevitably unearth compromising pictures of Yours Baldly (or if my kids just stumble across them by chance).
My point?
Broadly the same as yesterday:
Be very careful about who you get your information from.
In my experience, the more photos a guy has of him showing off his oiled six-pack, the less he tends to know about the realities facing the hardworking man whose main reason for training is to become the leader his family deserves.
But that’s just my experience, and maybe I’m just jealous.
Regardless, if my “no scandalous pictures” rule means you don’t think I’m legit, then fine. The unsubscribe link is in the footer, and I recommend you use it.
On the other hand, if you see where I’m coming from, I’m sure we’ll get along swimmingly.
Anyway, I’ve nothing to sell you today.
However, I have been “allowed” back on LinkedIn by the powers that be after being banned last year for upsetting the Empowered Feminist Brigade.
So if you fancy watching me cross swords with DEI cultists, powerful victims, and deranged communists, send me a connection request.
I also respond to DMs. So if you want to shoot the proverbial, feel free to message me privately. (Fair warning: I won’t answer questions about training, diet, etc, unless you’re subscribed to The Phil Tyreman Letter).

P.S. Yes, I’m acutely aware of the irony in warning you about getting your fitness info from people on social media and then directing you to one of my social media accounts.
