Once subscribed, you will also get a copy of Phil’s eBook “How to Build Muscle and Strength Slowly”

Where to get enough fitness info to keep you occupied for many years

One of my most popular books is:

“Phil Tyreman’s Big Book of Fitness”

Understandably so, considering you are actually getting five of my books for a mere £5 (a sum I discovered is less than the cost of a couple of protein bars nowadays).

What’s more, there’s plenty enough inside to keep you occupied and progressing for many years – on three conditions:

The first condition is, you have to actually read the book. Storied experience tells me most don’t for various reasons, and that’s a shame.

The second condition is, you have to get along with my methods and manner. The way I do things is not for everyone. I make no apology for that. And unless you’re OK with my direct (some have said “dogmatic” approach) and are comfortable with the idea of a great body being many years away, you won’t benefit.

The third condition is, you have to be willing to apply critical thinking. A book is not a coaching service, meaning you will have to think about how to adapt the contents to suit your needs and aspirations and then get them working for you through trial and error.

Anyway.

If you’re cool with all of that and you are interested in learning a suite of smart, sustainable ways to get strong and in shape, you can purchase the book at the below URL.

Just be sure to read the sales page carefully first, to make sure your decision is an informed one:

Phil Tyreman
