Rarely a week goes by where I am not trolled by an unemployed athletics coach or personal trainer.
Their beef is always the same:
Apparently, I am some sort of scammer because I don’t have a degree in exercise science, have never coached athletes, nor competed in elite athletics myself.
But here’s the thing.
My job is to help “normal” people get stronger and more in shape.
None of this requires a degree, an ability to coach at an elite level, or having competed at an elite level oneself.
I’m sure there are advantages to having those achievements under your belt, and if you want to be coached by someone who can claim one or more of those things then have at it. There are many of them out there, and, if my experience is any indication, most would be glad of your patronage given how hard they find it to get (and keep) clients.
So here is what you will get if you opt to listen to lil ol’ me:
* Simple, unobtrusive solutions to a variety of common fitness problems (not knowing how to write an efficient, effective programme, struggling to balance training with work and family, repeatedly falling off the wagon and losing whatever progress you’ve hitherto worked so hard to make, and so on).
* Someone who will never lie to you about your predicament.
* Bountiful personal support that is rarely more than 12 hours and almost never more than 24 hours away in any case (only if you become a client – you don’t get this if you buy a book for reasons that I hope are obvious).
There are other things you will get, but those are the first three that came to mind.
I should also mention that working with me is rather affordable (unless you’re an unemployed athletics coach or PT).
£360 nets you three full months with Yours Baldly on my flagship programme “Silver Era Secrets”.
Full details below, including an FAQ because taking great pains to make potential clients are furnished with as much information as possible is something only the worst of people do:
