This is probably why you can’t lose fat no matter how hard you try

You’re probably training too hard.

No, really. You are.

Here’s the truth: If you’re struggling to lose fat the last thing you want to do is punish yourself day after day with loads of heavy sets done to failure.

Why?

Whilst it’s certainly possible to train in the manner I’ve just described and get results, it’s only safe, sane, and sustainable in the long term if you can recover from it.

Most guys can’t.

Let me explain: I expect you have a job. Probably a family. And certainly a lot of other commitments outside of training. All things that eat into your ability to recover from your training.

Add eating less into the mix, and you’ve a recipe for burnout and serious injury.

That’s why I typically prescribe a two day per week lifting programme for my private coaching clients.

What’s more, the sessions only take around 45 minutes (or less) – provided you get your head down and crack on.

The sessions aren’t easy. Not by a long shot. However, as you’re only lifting two days out of seven, you won’t feel stiff, sore, and drained all of the time because you’re able to properly recover from the work you do in the gym.

Oh, and it also frees up a boatload of time for you to do other things. So, really, you cannot possibly lose with my approach.

When you email, you must include a brief outline of your fitness goals and the challenges preventing you from reaching them.

No info, no talkie.
