A man whose life and methods I have spent much time studying is:
Eric Pederson.
Wrestler and bodybuilder (he tied the great Steve Reeves at the 1947 Mr America contest), the man has been largely lost to history – criminal, such were his contributions to drug-free training.
Like, for example, his method of following a “basic routine” and supplementing it with extra work for lagging body parts over a conventional programme.
Something I have been doing with great success for a good number of years now (both in my own training and what I recommend to more advanced clients). Actually, thinking about it, I am yet to see it *not* deliver results – even when set upon a background of demanding work and family lives.
Why is this approach so effective?
I have a number of theories, foremost among them being the supreme flexibility of the method, as it allows you to add and subtract work in unison with the eb and flow of your other commitments.
More prescriptive programmes simply cannot match this, in my considerable experience.
Anyway.
I am mentioning this because Eric Pederson and his methods feature in a book that I will soon be publishing very affordably on the Kindle store.
In the meantime, I will be happy to teach you how to apply my spin on Pederson’s methodology when you join me for “Silver Era Secrets” – provided I deem you sufficiently advanced in your training to benefit.
And if you’re not?
There’s still much to discover, learn, apply, and benefit from for years (potentially decades) to come.
