Should have been what I called the gym I briefly owned back in 2017.
But alas, the awful name I went with was just one of a litany of terrible business decisions I made that resulted in me setting fire to my life savings and finding myself back in corporate hell in under a year.
Such is how these things go sometimes.
Anyway, I’m mentioning this because “Phil’s Gym” is the name of the walled garden I have created on Facebook for people who are interested in a no-cost way of learning more about my approach to getting strong and in shape, get questions answered, and so on.
Moreover, due to the way social media lends itself to “stream of consciousness” postings, you’ll certainly get access to teachings I don’t share anywhere else (including in my paid offerings).
As an extra sweetener (or bribe, depending on your point of view), upon joining you will get a digital copy of a short article I wrote called:
“Strength Secrets of a Suburban Superwoman”
This is one of the more “problematic” things I’ve written, detailing the path Jess took to get into the best shape of her life within scant months of giving birth to our third child.
It’s a quick ‘n dirty guide most anyone can read, adapt, and apply to ease themselves back into training proper or potentially use the principles to stay on the straight and narrow when they need to pare things back to the bare essentials for whatever reason.
