If there’s one thing even a misogynist like me can give women credit for, it’s their commitment to training glutes and legs.
Not all women, of course (obesity rates among women aged 25-54 are higher than they are among men of the same age group) but those who take their health at least somewhat seriously tend to train lower body with an intensity that puts men to shame.
With great results, too – in a lot of cases.
(Before any male feminist creeps or Strong Empowered Wimminfolk accuse me of ogling, it’s kinda hard not to notice the condition of their lower halves when they intentionally put it all on display like a shopkeeper running a closing down sale).
What is often missed, however, is the specific method these ladies use to build those large and shapely muscles.
‘Cuz they certainly don’t do it the way men do.
Much to the detriment of those men who fail to employ this specific muscle building method because it’s so effective at slapping on large amounts of muscle in very little time.
Indeed, it’s perhaps the most effective way to get bigger (without piling on fat) I’ve ever found.
Good thing it features in June’s issue of “The Phil Tyreman Letter” alongside a host of other ways to build muscle using dumbbells, machines, cables, and bodyweight.
The deadline to subscribe in time to get June’s issue is tonight (31st) at 23:59.
