Not one for lovers of profligate self-gratification

Unfortunate Reality: You will never, ever, ever stick to a training programme unless you treat lifting weights and doing cardio like a second job.

Not a popular statement.

Especially given how the overwhelming majority of my competitors are obsessed with providing “fresh” and “fun” workouts for their clients.

Clients who still look, feel, and perform broadly the same despite working with them for months, in many cases — but I digress.

How, then, does one cope with this monotonous and repetitive training paradigm?

Short answer:

Grow up.

Longer and more interesting answer:

Find a reason outside of yourself to train, eat, and live right.

For most men, that will be providing financially, physically, and emotionally for a wife and/or girlfriend, plus or minus children.

I’m not sure what purpose the minority of Red Pillers and MGTOWers have beyond profligate self-gratification, but I’m sure they will think of something if they can draw themselves away from engaging in misogyny on the internet for five minutes.

(At which point they will probably realise that it lies in providing financially, physically, and emotionally for a wife and/or girlfriend, plus or minus children.)

Anyway.

If you are ready to take the leap from pursuing an “exercise experience” in favour of a training approach that delivers sustainable results, I have something that may be of interest.

It’s one of my books, “The Constance Chronicles”.

This is the most expensive book I sell by some considerable margin (although not as expensive as paying a PT to follow you around the gym, in many cases), so please make sure to read the sales page very carefully before you buy:
