“it’s been an absolute godsend working with you and has really been exactly what I needed!
One last question, I am building a gym at home so that my family can see my train more.
I also want to get my wife consistently looking after herself and doing roadwork and light weights.
She’s very active running after the kids and feeding the baby naturally. But, I think she’d benefit massively from your approach too.
Any pointers on how you and Jess have harmonised approach on fitness?”

“Jess does as I do not because I coerce, cajole, or convince.
She simply sees what I do and what it does for me and wants the same.
I am not going to sit here and pretend that it’s easy or that she does it all totally independently. She still looks to me for leadership and a nudge in the right direction from time to time.
However, I was adamant that she had to make the initial decision to train The Phil Tyreman Way without any external input from me whatsoever.
The only rule we have (which we have always had) is that we both have to do some form of exercise at least a few times per week to stay fit and healthy for each other and our kids.
How she does that is and always has been up to her.
I don’t care if she swims, runs, walks, goes to classes, does gymnastics, or even rides a unicycle — so long as she does something every week without fail.
It just so happens that my methods produce better results in less time than everything else, if your desired result is to be strong, in shape, and look good while serving your obligations to work and family and living a life outside of the gym. So naturally it wasn’t long before she decided to start lifting, conditioning, and walking in the manner I prescribe.
Lastly, treating training the same as you do work (i.e. not like a hobby that gets moved around at short notice for family stuff or whatever) is mandatory. (Because she is unlikely to want to spend her precious personal time on a hobby she has no interest in.)”

Very misogynistic stuff.
Especially the part about making doing some form of exercise a “rule”.
Methinks the blue-hairs will not like that much.
Whatever.
The programme where this gent learned methods he believes his wife will also benefit from is called “Silver Era Secrets”.
It’s a 3 month deal wherein I will show you how to build muscle, strength, and fitness using efficient, effective, and unobtrusive methods that have been mostly lost to history at this point.
It’s £360 until Wednesday the 8th of January at 23:59.
Once that deadline has passed, the price will go up quite significantly.
So if you want in at the current price, hasten to the below page before the deadline, read it carefully, and, if you are satisfied, proceed to purchase:
