Once subscribed, you will also get a copy of Phil’s eBook “How to Build Muscle and Strength Slowly”

How to set a suite of new PRs in the next six weeks

All you need to do is follow the programme in my short eBook called “The Six Week Peak”.

Nothing is guaranteed, of course, and any PRs you do set are unlikely to be world-shattering (you’ll shoot for 2.5kg, maybe a smidgen more if you are truly ready to try). But the advantages of “little wins” like these are:

1) The strength gains are much easier to sustain, meaning they “compound” over time as you build upon them, much like how small amounts invested into a pension become large amounts as years pass. And,

2) You’re far less likely to hurt yourself by attacking weights you’re not quite ready for.

Anyway, this eBook was once an integral part of a 6 week coaching package which is no longer for sale as I now only do 1-1 stuff with those who are in it for the long haul (i.e. my Phil Tyreman Letter subscribers and those who want coaching for at least 6 months).

But it’s such a sleek and simple little system I figured it’d be a shame to let it sit on my hard drive gathering dust.

The price?

£20.

A lot less than a bag of whey protein (apart from those “bargain basement” tubs that will give you diabetes).

And, I daresay, the info inside, properly applied, will do more for your ability to add weight to the bar than circa 50 servings of slimy gunk.

But I am biased.

Whatever.

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman
