How to get a ticket to the top of sleepy mountain

“Deeper and more restful sleep” is one oft-touted benefit of training.

Perhaps to the point of cliché.

(Even Yours Baldly is guilty of using it in his own advertising from time to time.)

It is, however, true – albeit only if you engage in certain types of training with sufficient intent.

‘Cuz ain’t nobody taking the train to the top of sleepy mountain from doing a gaggle of machine exercises supersetted with social media scrolls.

Hence why I use how rested I feel after a night’s sleep as one of the principal benchmarks of how well (or not well) my training is going. Believe it or not, it’s fast becoming THE factor I am using to gauge things.

I concede you cannot track it on a spreadsheet, which will upset types who invest ten times as much effort into talking about training as they do in the act itself; but those with neither the time nor the inclination to track everything to the nth degree can certainly benefit greatly from this subjective measuring stick.

One approach to training that – properly applied – all but guarantees your lights will go out the moment your head hits the pillow is the one described in September’s issue of “The Phil Tyreman Letter”.

There are two lifting programmes, one for beginners and one for those with experience under their belt.

Subscribers also get “virtually unlimited” access to me for specific and detailed answers to any and all queries I am qualified to assist with.

And…

If you subscribe before this month’s deadline (31/08) you will get a free copy of any book I sell.

Even my most expensive one, if that is your wish.

But you must get in before the deadline to get September’s issue and the bonus book.

So, go here, read the information carefully, and, if you are satisfied that what is on offer is right for you, subscribe:

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman
