How to avoid chicken legs or resembling a fat T-Rex

Something I cannot help but notice is the schizophrenic attitude towards leg training you see among men (and only men, in my experience) who take their training seriously.

Either they don’t train legs at all and let their rationalisation hamster spin; saying that running or cycling counts.

Or, they obsess over leg training to the point that it becomes a large part of their personality.

Neither is a healthy attitude to have in my humbly correct opinion.

The former begets the dreaded “chicken legs” look and the latter will leave you resembling a fat T-Rex if you let it persist for long enough.

Both routes lead to otherwise preventable injury because they involve a hideously unbalanced approach to training.

What ought you do instead?

Easy.

Train your legs regularly using a sensible, sustainable approach, such as the one that is included in the latter half of “The Back and Legs Bundle” which is available to pre-order for a hearty discount until Thursday the 22nd of August at 23:59.

This is actually the second edition of this collection, and comes with a bunch of extra material – including an article written by Jess –  that hugely enhances the experience.

Enter the code NACHO at the checkout to claim the pre-order discount.

But first, read the below sales page carefully to make sure it’s for you:

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman
