Fitness social media drama

Saw some twonk fat loss coach whinging about a client who filed a chargeback against him.

Apparently, his is a subscription business with a two-week cancellation window after which there are no refunds, and pauses are only granted at his discretion.

Client went silent for two weeks then told Our Villain of a family emergency and asked to pause.

To his credit, Twonk Fat Loss Coach agreed to a pause but refused a refund.

Client filed a dispute with his bank.

Cue much coping about how this whole episode has made him feel like the bad guy.

Well, duh.

That’s because *you are* the bad guy, fella.

Here’s why I have a queen bee in my bonnet over this:

People who are not fully committed to any fitness programme don’t get results.

Something every coach knows is the case.

So.

In my humble (and correct) opinion, the only morally justifiable course of action in the above scenario is to issue a refund.

Smart coaches will also blacklist the now ex-client for reneging on his word.

Just to be clear, I’m not saying Twonk Fat Loss Coach has done anything illegal or even technically “wrong”.

Only scummy.

Anyway.

The deadline to get in on my latest programme wherein I will personally teach you a robust, flexible system you can use to build muscle and strength naturally looms.

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman

P.S. Don’t go ahead if you’re not 110% sure you’ll see this through to the end.

It’s a considerable commitment that requires plenty of patient application and much critical thinking on your part to get results.

However, the whole point of this exercise is to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make your training efficient, effective, and, ultimately, unobtrusive for years – perhaps decades – to come.

I’ll of course refund you if you ask me to, but you’ll be blacklisted for life.

Not that I think that will happen, because I find being honest in my marketing deters those who aren’t ready for whatever reason.
