Crimes most vile

The late, great Vince Gironda was well known for kicking people out of his gym for crimes such as doing situps and talking too much.

Why?

His way was The Way, and if you wanted to train in his World (the appropriately named “Vince’s Gym”), you had to follow his Rules.

You might think such a hardline stance would have been the death knell for his business, but his list of celebrity clients (including Cher, Clint Eastwood, and Denzil Washington) and champion bodybuilders (such as three time Mr Universe Rick Wayne and winner of the first two Mr Olympia competitions, Larry Scott) says otherwise.

The fact of the matter is, his methods worked, he knew they worked, and he didn’t give a rat’s backside for anyone else’s “opinion” on the matter.

So it is with how I do things.

I’ve no time whatsoever for clients who want to argue.

You either do as I instruct or you can go and darken the door of someone who is willing to put up with your belief that you know best. (Likely because they’re about as clueless on matters of training as you).

Being argumentative is actually the only way to get a refund (aside from the 14 days I have to offer by law) because I will terminate our arrangement at the first sign of trouble and give you your cash back.

I’m fair like that, y’see.

Anyway.

If you want someone who possess sufficient knowledge and confidence to tell you what to do without more hedging than the Gardens of Versailles, you would do well to enroll yourself on my three month programme, “Silver Era Secrets”.

All the information is on the below-linked page.
