Client of mine (not sure he wants me to name him) decided to pull the trigger on getting into shape for the sake of his kiddos.
Short story long, he goosed his back while enjoying some rough and tumble in the garden with 5-ish year old son, and he was concerned it was going to keep happening, making life a misery and, possibly, terminating his ability to play a full and active role in his kids’ lives.
A concern he was right to have, if the number of dads you see sitting on benches at the park like giant turtles basking in the sun instead of getting stuck in with their mini-mes is anything to go by.
I’m not for a moment suggesting these men are “bad” parents. Believe it or not, I actually have a lot of compassion for their situation.
Balancing training with a job and stewarding a family is no easy feat, particularly if it hasn’t been a fixed, firm part of your routine for a long time or ever (and even when it has been, in some cases).
And you know something else?
I reckon the vast majority of those dads *want* to train, not only for the results but also because it sets the great example their young ones need and certainly aren’t getting from the corrupt and, increasingly, creepy education system.
But they don’t.
Sometimes their reasons for not doing so are valid.
Other times they are not.
Only you will know which applies to you if the content of this email is relevant to your situation.
Anyway.
Appropriately, “The Back and Legs Bundle” expounds upon the concept of building the coveted “Dad Strength”.
This, I believe, is the ingredient that makes the difference between fathers who can effortlessly twirl their kids above their head, carry them for long distances, and perform other manly tasks such as shifting the furniture into their new place when they leave home – and those who cannot.
It’s also something I have noticed many men who lift weights regularly lack because of the way they train.
“The Back and Legs Bundle” is available to pre-order for a hefty discount until Thursday the 22nd of August at 23:59.
This is actually the second edition of this collection, and comes with a bunch of extra material – including an article written by Jess – that hugely enhances the experience.
Enter the code NACHO at the checkout to claim the pre-order discount.
But first, read the below sales page carefully to make sure it’s for you:
