If you are struggling to make progress no matter how hard you train and feel like you’re drowning under a tide of voices with wildly different takes on what you “should” do, to the point you’re basically lost on how to get stronger and more in shape…
… despair not, because I’ve got something that will sort you out.
Behold:
I have availability to work with three people who are already “bought in” to my methods and manner to create a programme to follow for the next six months.
I say already bought in because there is NO ongoing support with this offer, so unless you believe my approach works you’ll just be wasting your money because you won’t follow what I write for you.
But for those who do believe, here’s how this works:
* I’ll send you a bunch of questions to answer,
* Once completed and returned, we’ll have a phone or video call (your choice) to discuss your needs and aspirations in more detail,
*After that, I’ll use what you tell me to craft you a comprehensive routine to follow (that not only tells you what to do, but WHY you’re doing it),
* Then, I’ll get it professionally printed and posted to you (at my expense),
* And then…
… you’re on your own, bumblebee.
The price?
£360
Not cheap by any means, but catering to miserly types who stubbornly refuse to pay for help they recognise they need (but will happily buy “Live, Laugh, Love” pillows from Temu) has never been something that interests me.
Anyway.
I could now spend a great deal of time blowing my own trumpet, but on this occasion, I’ll let a past client who took advantage of this offer do the blowing for me (keeping him anon for good reason):

I recently engaged Phil to write me a programme that will help me focus on building some strength and muscle.
I am a fit and active guy, hitting the gym regularly, playing a lot of football and running frequently.
At 6ft 4, I have often found it hard to build muscle and size in my long limbs – or at least visible gains. That combined with my frequent cardio means that I have often felt my legs and arms look pretty lanky.
Phil has been my PT of choice as I like the forthright style and no nonsense accountability, It works for me.
For a modest sum, Phil has taken the time to interview me, get to know my situation and build a plan.
I need something fairly specific that fits both my required outcome, but also the amount of time and frequency that I have to “lift” as I only focus on lifting around 2 hours per week (plus plenty of cardio/team sports).
I have received the programme and am about 3 weeks in. Time will tell, but there are some specific wins already. One of them being that I have a structured plan that hits the parts I need to develop, whilst also maintaining areas that I can not let slip (specifically back strength, as I am susceptible to a bad back). Having a training plan and knowing what I will do really helps me, as I would often wing it.
I walk out the gym feeling I have achieved something and really feel I have worked out.
I can tell strength is building in my arms and legs already and can see some definition building, which is a foundation.
Overall, I am very satisfied and the lovely personal book is a really nice bonus touch.
If you want to build strength, have specific goals, or even are a bit lost in the gym, get Phil to set you straight.
It will work wonders.

Obviously, you are not him. Hence, your results will differ (and you may not get any at all).
But if that’s OK with you…
If you want one of those three spaces, reply with the following:
1) Your name, and,
2) Your postage address (so I can send you the paper copy of the programme).
I’ll get back to you promptly with an invoice, and we’ll go from there.
Thank you,
Phil Tyreman
