A sprightly and positive message for you

Only joking.

Today I’m going to talk about death.

To begin, let’s steelman my critics by pretending that the menopause and “andropause” are both caused by hormonal issues in later life. (The latter is not, in many cases, according to the NHS).

Ergo, by their logic, TRT is always the best choice for men who are experiencing symptoms such as tiredness, chubbiness, and a persistently floppy pee-pee.

Again, I don’t think this is true, but let’s say that it is for the sake of argument.

But what then?

Are you going to continue jabbing yourself in the behind when you’re in your 60s?

How about your 70s?

80s?

At what point do you accept that becoming less virile is part and parcel of the natural ageing process?

Because it is part and parcel of the inexorable march towards death that all of us must make.

Which is why I believe that many men abuse TRT as a sticking plaster for their existential crisis, and that those men are better seeking the services of a priest than they are a drug-dealing quack on the internet.

But that’s just me.

On a related note:

If you are suffering with some of the symptoms I described earlier, there’s a good chance it’s – at least in part – because you are fat.

You can tell if this is the case or not by looking in the mirror.

A blunt couple of statements, I concede; and I daresay you won’t find many PTs with the stones to say what is self-evidently true.

If you would like to do something about it, I recommend having a good read of the below-linked sales page for my latest work, “The Weight Loss Manifesto”.

If you want to pre-order it for the Special Pre-Order Price of £10, do so.

If not, that’s fine too.

And in any case, go and see a doctor if you are troubled about your health.

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman

P.S. I have decided to close the pre-order window on Sunday the 14th of July at 23:59.

The price will go up after that. Probably not by much, but it will go up somewhat; so I’d get to pre-ordering now, if you decide “The Weight Loss Manifesto” is right for you.
