The other day, I had occasion to wear a suit.
What occasion?
Private, I am afraid.
However, it was Very Important – hence, suit.
I actually own two suits.
A navy number I bought for my wedding and a classy dark blue with shadow grey pinstripes affair I picked up sometime in late 2016 from a gentleman’s outfitter.
The latter is far and away my favourite. The quality, colours, and cut are simply divine and I was very much looking forward to putting it on for this special occasion.
However.
I couldn’t get the trousers over the middle of my thighs.
Why?
The obscene amount of calve, quad, and hamstring growth I’ve enjoyed since I last wore it several years ago.
Bummer.
Fortunately, my wedding suit still fits – albeit it’s a little snug around the legs, even though I can get my forearm through the waistband, so wasp-like is my waist.
The lesson?
Train legs with discipline and intent for long enough, and you too will have to purchase new trousers.
This holds true even if you, like me, had to lose a little (or a lot of) weight to get into your old formal wear.
But first you gotta lose the weight.
Something I will show you how to do using a three-phase system that involves no calorie counting, obsessing over the scales, back-breaking workouts, or pants-on-head stupid diets.
You will find the aforementioned system in my short book, “The Weight Loss Manifesto”
The details of which you will find below:
