Once subscribed, you will also get a copy of Phil’s eBook “How to Build Muscle and Strength Slowly”

A counterintuitive way to build a bigger bench press…

… is to spend time strengthening your back and legs.

Why?

* A thicker back furnishes you with a more stable platform from which to press,

* Stronger legs will enable you to grip the bench and ground more firmly, facilitating greater force transfer into the bar via leg drive,

* Well Developed rhomboids, lower traps and rear deltoids stablise the shoulder, greatly reducing the risk of certain bench-press related injuries, and,

* The best exercise to build the legs (squats) pretty generally results in an uplift in strength all over (obviously the more experienced you are, the less pronounced the effect – but even experienced lifters stand to gain, particularly if their legs are lagging).

There are plenty more reasons, but those are the first four that came to mind on this frigid January morning.

I’m bringing this up because today only my book “The Back and Legs Bundle” is on sale for half off the regular price (£50 instead of the usual £100).

This is a collection of two issues of my print newsletter (February 2024 and May 2024) plus a slew of extra articles including one written by my thin, attractive, and, as of this writing, pregnant wife, Jess.

So if you already possess one or both issues of the newsletter, you will need to decide if the additional material is worth the asking price.

And in any case, you must read the whole sales page very carefully before committing to ensure a fully informed purchase.

If you don’t want to do that, I can safely say the book is not for you.

To claim the discount, enter the code BEEF at the secure checkout (make sure you see the price drop before proceeding with your purchase).

The sale ends tonight (23/1) at 23:59.

Phil Tyreman
