Don’t know why he bothers

Guy I know is trying to Do The Right Thing™ by training to set a good example to his kids.

But, alas, he might as well not bother.

Why do I say that?

Simple:

He tells me he goes to the gym a handful of times per week (good), picks a random selection of exercise machines and does a handful of very easy sets (bad), and is back out the door within fifteen minutes (very bad).

He also tells me he’s still fat and doesn’t feel any stronger despite training consistently for the better part of three years.

And, no. He hasn’t availed himself of any help (even free help) I have offered him. Bloke just randomly emails me his updates/vents from time to time then ignores my replies.

Just no helping some people, I suppose.

Whatever.

He’s not without his uses. In this case, serving as a prime example of how even the most earnest, hardworking, and otherwise successful person can find themselves going through the motions with their training in a manner they’d never let happen in any other context.

‘Tis a problem I see a lot with parents, specifically.

Likely because the unique demands little ones place upon you will result in you needing to have sessions where you merely punch the clock from time to time.

Problem is, “from time to time” very quickly becomes “all of the time”  and then, before you know it, five years have passed and you’ve nothing whatsoever to show for your efforts.

On that note, if you recognise that you’re basically just going through the motions with your training and you’ve made little meaningful progress as a result of that, I suggest we work together for the next eight weeks to sort it out.

I’ll spin you up a balanced, sustainable training regime (based on what you tell me) and we’ll have catch up calls once a fortnight for the duration so I can tweak what you’re doing (if needed) and tell you how to overcome issues that nuke your ability to stay on the straight and narrow.

Ultimately, the idea is you will have something you can follow (with minor alterations, which I will show you how to make) long after we have parted ways if that is your wish, and, of course, to have made some progress towards your most important goal.

(Take note: “Some” is the operative word in that last sentence. Eight weeks is nowhere near long enough to make big strides in strength, performance, or aesthetic appeal unless you use methods that are by  definition totally unsustainable and probably rather dangerous).

The price?

£370 (you can pay in two or four equal instalments if you prefer).

It’s up to you whether or not you think that’s “worth it”.

If you’d like to apply, leave your details on the below-linked page, and I’ll get back to you personally and promptly.

I’m also done with promoting this for now, so if you want in now is the time:
