Back pain blues (part 3)

Yours Baldly’s back is still giving him a bit of trouble.

To recap, I pinged it about a month and a half ago for no reason in particular.

A totally normal occurrence for anyone who trains seriously for long enough.

What is also normal is how injuries such as this take a good amount of time to heal, particularly when you are of a more mature vintage (which in this context means older than 30).

And so, I am not yet fully recovered.

However, it’s not giving me any trouble in the gym because I have hitherto followed the workout described in part two of this ad-hoc series (which you can find in the articles section of my website under the title “Back pain blues part 2”).

But now I am in the mood to push forwards.

Of course, heavy back and leg work is out of the question; which means I am in possession of a golden opportunity to dial up the volume and intensity elsewhere.

How?

Via what is called a “specialisation programme”, this one focussing on my arms and shoulders.

I’ve actually detailed the ins and outs of how to set one up in my forthcoming book (the first into my Kindle Bargain Bucket), so keep an eye out for when I launch that if what I have described here has piqued your interest.

Alternatively, you can decide to become my client and I will be more than happy to mansplain everything to you.

But first, we should talk.

To that end, I have decided to open my diary for calls.

I won’t insult your intelligence by pretending they’re anything other than an opportunity for me to sell you my programme, but I have been told by people who bought and people who didn’t that the conversation was informative and entertaining.
