“Just been reading very often that with fullbody you shouldn’t do arms as they get trained automatically with heavy pushing and pulling”.
Opined a fan in a DM the other day.
The context was he had modified one of the programmes in my inventively titled report “How to Build Muscle and Strength — The Natural Way” by removing the arm exercises in favour of an extra set of the compound lifts (squats, rows, etc.).
I don’t advise anyone do this.
Why?
Cutting out direct arm work can cause a lot of problems down the line.
(It is necessary to develop grip strength and plays an important role in injury prevention, to mention just two things).
In truth, the only people saying “you don’t need to do arms” are fat, weak losers who also say stupid things like “I don’t train to look good”.
So you’re better off ignoring those people and listening to someone who stresses the importance of training your entire body in a balanced fashion.
Such as how is described in my latest work, “The Weight Loss Manifesto”, which is available for the Special Pre-Order Price of £10 until Sunday the 14th of July at 23:59.

P.S. I have been asked why “The Weight Loss Manifesto” is so much cheaper than my other books, even though it is of comparable length to a couple of them.
My answer is, the information within is so important – potentially life-saving for the right person – I didn’t want the price to be a barrier.
