One thing that is often said about my method for writing training programmes is how easy it is to follow.
Indeed, it’s not unusual for clients to come to me having never written their own programme before (or even followed one in a minority of cases); yet they get one sorted within a couple of hours of their first Real Paper Handbook plonking on their doormat.
Far be it from me to kick my loyal paying clients in the teeth by revealing the details, but I am happy to share roughly what goes into programming “The Phil Tyreman Way”:
* Resistance training a couple of times per week (ideally a mixture of weights and bodyweight exercises, but there are “bodyweight only” options for those who can’t or don’t want to go to the gym).
* Some form of hard cardio a couple of times per week (think, running, sprinting, bike rides, etc.).
* Walking every day without fail (even on Christmas and your birthday).
There’s a lot more to it than that, and if you want to learn you’re going to have to pony up a modest sum for “Silver Era Secrets” where you will find all of this information (plus bountiful support from Yours Baldly to put it into action).
But what I have just shared is enough for the right man with the right attitude to get on the right track.
