Here is why I pay no heed to what modern bodybuilders have to say on the subjects of training, diet, and lifestyle (and I daresay neither should you):
Genetics are often touted as the difference between those who succeed and those who do not in the “sport” of bodybuilding.
This is true.
However.
Not for the reasons you might expect.
Because, while joint size, tendon lengths, and whatnot do play a part – the real “genetic equaliser” in bodybuilding is how many drugs a person can take without keeling over.
Think about it:
They all train extraordinarily hard. They all adhere so strictly to their diets it’s not a stretch to say at least some have eating disorders. They all make it so their entire life revolves around training (even the amateurs) so they’re properly recovered.
Pharmaceuticals – specifically their access to and tolerance of – are the only variables.
So.
If you’re natural, they’ve nothing to teach you.
Moreover, aping their methods can be very dangerous. (They probably won’t kill you, but you’ll likely end up stressed, burnt out, and injured with a terrible relationship with food that can take years to overcome – potentially requiring expensive intervention from an appropriately qualified therapist).
In my humbly correct opinion, It’s much better to look to the past for training-related information and inspiration.
Ideally the special years between 1940 and 1959 – the time before steroids came on the scene and when bodybuilders looked like walking sculptures instead of circus freaks.
If you want to learn how to train like these titans, so you can build muscle and strength efficiently, effectively, and safely then I’ll furnish you with everything you need to know on “Silver Era Secrets”.

P.S. If you doubt what I say, go take a look at some photos of bodybuilders from that era; you’ll be blown away by just how achievable their physiques appear to be – because they *are* achievable, even for men who have a lot going on.
Once you’ve done that, visit the above sales page, read it carefully, and (if you believe it’s right for you) apply.
At the very least we’ll have a short conversation most people tell me they find valuable in and of itself.
