Staving off Father Time

Behold the first few paragraphs from the first (of three) handbooks you’ll get when you join me for the three-month odyssey that is “Silver Era Secrets”:

===

“In the pursuit of muscle and strength, there is no greater skill to possess than the ability to confidently write, modify, and execute your very own training programmes.

To rely on programmes written by another, by definition, places you at a disadvantage because even the most comprehensive of them cannot account for your interests, foibles, and challenges – any of which can instantly derail your efforts (oftentimes without warning).

It’s the training equivalent of trying to force a square peg into a round hole. Sometimes it’ll fit, but even then it’s never a smooth experience. And training must be a smooth and largely unobtrusive part of your life – if you’re to stand the faintest chance of enjoying sustainable results.”

===

Truer words were never spoken.

If I do say so myself.

And I do.

‘Cuz here’s the thing: I know for a fact a lot of men who take their training seriously are pinging about from programme to programme (if they’re following one at all) watching in horror as they appear worse as the weeks, months, and years tick by.

Am I saying learning how to write your own robust yet flexible programme you can follow potentially indefinitely will guarantee to reverse your decline?

Obviously not.

Father Time is a harsh master, and there’s only so much you can do to stave him off without popping steroid-filled needles into your bottom. (Although even gear has its limits).

But I daresay it’ll do much more than flitting about the gym like a proverbial headless chicken.

So if you wanna learn the skills and get bountiful personal support from Yours Baldly to put it all into action, you’ll find all the info about “Silver Era Secrets” here:

Phil Tyreman
